This week is homecoming in excelsior! Homecoming is one of my
favorite parts of the year. I love all the dresses and all the cute ways people
get asked. Like in a pizza box or on a volleyball. A lot of other city’s had
there homecomings last week. But we had
spirit week last week so I guess its ok.
On Friday we get out early because of the homecoming parade.
All teams that play for the middle school and high school get a float in the
parade. The volleyball team usually walks in the parade but this year one of
the parents volunteered to drive us. Wednesday at the end of practice we made
our signs for the float with glitter and colorful markers. The middle school
students get out at 12:30 so we can get ready for the parade.
