School Volleyball

          This week there was volleyball try outs for eighth grade. And there were around fifty girls there on Monday. The coaches Mrs. Marriot, and Mrs. Haufe cut the try outs down to thirty two girls and it was very nerve wrecking to know that you could be cut and not be on the team.  There were many girls who were great and made the team.

          The team now is a great and I think we will do good this year. There is seventeen girls on the team and we had our first practice yesterday August 22, 2014. We  did drills, the tea cup, and serving and it was fun. Today we are doing drills again and we are probably going to get our schedule for the season. And I think that we will get our uniforms next week.

          I am super excited for the season and I think the coaches and the girls are just as excited as I am. Volleyball is a very fun sport and I suggest that you play because you can be good enough to play in college if you start now.
