Cross Country



Cross Country

            If you think running is fun or you want to find an activity that involves being healthy, then try cross country. Cross country is really good for you. If you want to lose weight or maintain you’re exercise cross country is the thing for you.
           
            If you think that the cross country trails would be boring and we just run on the track the whole time and run mile after mile after mile for the whole hour, you’re wrong. We do many activities like run for 6 min. Then we might play soccer or Indian run or do fun stretches. Practices are full of fun surprises!!!!
