                Everyone likes video games, they are a portal into a new world and they can help you to understand your own. Video games have their own bonuses and aren’t necessarily the worst things for your health, but how much is too much? Here are some tips on how to stay safe while playing video games.
                To start with a very important subject; how long should you be playing video games? According to a study by the Oxford University, some video game time is actually a good thing. Kids that play an hour or less of video game time tend to be happier and more social than kids who play no video games. The study also showed that beyond that one hour of game time; there aren’t any affects. The three hour mark is when a kid’s health begins to be affected, it makes them tend to be less happy than non-gamers and will also have more problems with hyper-activity.
