Scrabble is a
word game in which you try to score the most points by making the most words.
You get points by the words to you make. Each letter has a certain amount of
points. When you make a word, you count the points on the letters and those are
your points for that word. If Sarah makes the word IMPOSSIBLE vertically, Tammi
can make the word LOVE horizontally off
of the word IMPOSSIBLE’s L.
This would be
beneficial to ELA teachers with vocabulary words. It would help the kids with
spelling and is a fun game to play against others or the computer.
