Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

(When you read this imagine a deep spooky voice in the spooky parts. I need to stop saying spooky)
Hello welcome to the spookiest ESMS blog (hopefully). It will be very spooky in this blog, but first we should talk about Red Ribbon week. Remember this, Tuesday is sports team, Wednesday is tourist day, Thursday is camouflage, and Friday is Tigers Day. Remember to dress up guys.
Now for the spooky parts Woooo! Friday is Halloween which a lot of people are happy about because that means staying up late eating candy or scaring people. For this occasion I’ll try a scary story (it’s going to suck I don’t tell scary stories and never practice in the mirror sorry, plus I don’t like scary things.) Here goes, one day there was a man named James who had been in his car on his way to visit his family. It was his sister’s birthday and decided to come see them during the break. As James drove along it turned to night as he got far into the drive. It just so happened that his family lived far, far out in the country.
As he drives there his car starts to smoke James is shocked and pulls over the car he opens the hood and finds nothing wrong. “What’s going on with my car,” says James to himself. He tries his phone, but it won’t turn on. “What in the world is going on,” he says as he then tries the radio. All he gets from the radio is static though. James then gets out of his now not working car and heads toward his family’s house. “Dad had said someone had moved in not far from here, what a coincidence my car broke here,” he thought to himself (again aloud, wow James stop talking to yourself.) He headed in the direction of his house looking for a driveway for the neighbors. He then did find a driveway. He headed down the driveway not seeing the broken beware sign for it started to rain. (No the beware sign didn’t say the house was haunted it had actually said beware of dog) He ran as fast as he could to the house he saw and knocked on the door. “HELLO IS ANYONE THERE PLEASE LET ME IN,” James yelled over the storm. James looked around and saw no cars in the driveway and no one answered so he tried the door, it opened with ease.
He stepped inside and searched for a light. James finally found a switch and the lights came on. He was then confused if he was in the house he thought he was for this house was covered with cobwebs and dust. That doesn’t sound like the house of new neighbors. James started to search the house to see if someone was home so he could let them know he wasn’t trying to intrude. He found no one after checking a few rooms and lay on the couch as to not scare anyone from their own home.
James woke up, but it was still dark outside and no one was by him so he wondered what had woken him. He was cold so he decided to head down to the heater in the basement to add some logs to the heater. (James you better not go in there like a dumb horror movie person like the GEICO commercial. See you next time James)
