Socrative is an app that is available on any app store on any smart phone.  There is a Socrative designed uniquely for students to log into and check things such as assessment, games, and test scores. There is also a Socrative designed just for teachers to use to create tests, quizzes, worksheets, and power points. You can easily download the app onto any electronic that has an app store on it such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Socrative also lets teachers engage and assess their students with educational activities.

This app would be very beneficial to both students and teachers. This app would also be able to be used for any subject in school. Socrative allows teachers to visualize student and whole class understanding. It also allows teachers to create class questions and receive student level reports. Socrative allows students to answer questions in a variety of formats such as quizzes, quick question polls, exit tickets and space races. Once students launch the Socrative Student App, they'll be prompted to join the teacher's room using the teacher’s unique code. Socrative saves teachers time so the class can further collaborate, discuss, extend and grow as a group.
