Technology Project

This year as a 2014-2015 learning commons aid, there are a lot of new things going on. Like the new technology project that another learning commons aid and I are working together on right now.  This project is going to give all the students at ESMS an idea about what kinds of books are in our library. This project will hopefully give students an idea about what kind of book they would like to check out when they come into the learning commons to check out books.

                For this project we are going to choose students who have read a book and would like to recommend that book to other students here at ESMS. We will then video that student holding the book and have them write and read a short summery of that book. We will make a slide show on IMovie of approximately 6 kids who have recommended books for other students. We will then take the video and put it on a television in the learning commons. We will have the video running in the learning commons for most of the day.
