Something we have in the learning commons is a read and ride program. We have the exercise bikes that you can ride and ride for how long you are expected for and you can read and exercise your legs and the muscles in your legs.
The way the bikes are used is you start to pedal slowly then it’ll ask to press the start button and you start. You can turn the resistance up and make it more difficult and you can go far distances and lose a lot of calories while reading and riding.
