LC Promotion by Emma

One of the many spaces you can use in the Learning Commons is the Media room. The media room is a space where classes can come in and have their students learn from a different space. The Media room is filled with all types of flexible seating, which most students would rather sit on different types of seating rather than sitting on a desk chair for almost an hour. There’s a green screen in the media room that can be used for any projects you may have. Come check it out! It’s right by the Innovations lab.

Book Recommendation by Sylas

I recommend Resistance. The book follows Chaya Lindner, a Jewish teen girl who lives in Nazi occupied Poland. Just the fact that she is Jewish makes her a target to the corrupt Nazi dictatorship. Read this book to be fascinated by her struggles against the Nazis and story of survival. You can find it under the “Historical Fiction” sign in the learning commons, and the three letters are “NIE”. We hope to see you check it out!

I'm a Techspert at ESMS. I’m here to update you and tell you the latest of what’s happening in the Learning Commons. First, we have lots of new books that you and your friends could come and check out but first the number one rule. Make sure a teacher calls down before you come so that we know that you are coming and we can tell you if it's a good time or not, now time for my favorite part. The book fair! Yes you heard me correctly, we are having a book fai. As some of you may know,we have not had a book fair in a couple of years and this year we are. There will not be anything like little notebooks or fake phones and posters. There will be books and bookmarks but that does not mean it won't be fun. There will be a lot of books and bookmarks. We hope to see you there. It will run from November 29 through December 9. Have a great day. Your Favorite 3rd Hour Techspert Kaidence

Book Fair Recommendation

I’m a Techspert at ESMS and I am here to tell you about are upcoming book fair it will take place the week of November 28th - December 9th. As you guys may realize that we have not had a book fair for roughly 3 years! We will have lots of books and you will love them and if you don't like reading it's not that you don't like reading it's that you have not found the right thing to read because you are reading this right now. And you could do just that (find the correct book for you) at our book fair. It will be winter wonderland themed but you do not have to where anything to go with it but there will be some awesome books and there will be a book for you. From your favorite 3rd hour techspert -Kaidence

And we're back...

Book Recommendation by Ella

Guest By: Mary Downing Hahn This book is about a girl who’s baby brother is stolen by Kinde Folke and replaced with a changeling. She takes off in search of finding the Kinde Folke and exchange back for her brother. I would recommend this book to anyone who like fantasy, surviving, or adventure books.
